NOTICE OF HEARING REGARDING APPLICATIONS 18-042, 18-043, 18-044 and 18-045 - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
The Boundary County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 5:30 PM Thursday, April 19, 2018 in the Boundary County Courthouse to accept public comment on Ordinance 9B18LOV1, Section 7. : Conditional Use Applications 18-042, 18-043, 18-044, 18-045 by Levi Falck DBA FALCKCO LLC for parcels #RP62N01E142861A, #RP62N01E142876A, #RP62N01E142870A and #RP62N01E142841A in a Commercial/Light Industrial zone.
This hearing was tabled on Feb 15 2018 in order to receive considerations from Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) and Idaho Department Environmental Quality (IDEQ).
Applications 18-042, 18-043, 18-044 and 18-045 are a request for a Conditional Use Permit to establish a Commercial Junk Yard on these parcels.
The deadline for written comment and material for 18-042, 18-043, 18-044 and 18-045 is 12 Noon Wednesday April 11, 2018. Comments received prior to February 15 2018 are on file and pertain to this hearing continuation. Additional comments, from those on file, are welcome.
The Planning & Zoning Commission meets on the 3rd Thursday of the month. In order to schedule a Public Hearing of the Planning & Zoning Commission, requests must be made prior to the fourth (4th) Thursday (4 weeks) in advance of the hearing date. (Generally, the request must be received one month in advance of the hearing date.)
The deadline for written comment and material is 12 noon one week and one day prior to the scheduled hearing date. Written comment will be accepted at public hearing provided the material is read into the record. There may be a five (5) minute limit per person on verbal testimony.
