While publication on this site does not constitute official legal notice, they are posted here to allow the widest possible dissemination of information of importance to residents and property owners in Boundary County. NOTICE OF HEARING REGARDING APPLICATION 18-029 - AMEND PARCEL ZONE
The Boundary County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 10:00 AM Tuesday, January 23, 2018 in the Commissioners Office, County Courthouse, to accept public comment on Ordinance 9B18LOV1, a Zone Amendment Application, 18-029 by Charles A. Timmons for parcel #RP61N01W110010A in a Prime Forestry zone.
Application 18-029 is a request to amend the zone of this parcel from Prime Forestry to Agriculture/Forestry.
The deadline for written comment and material for 18-029 is 12 PM Tuesday December 16, 2018.
NOTICE OF HEARING REGARDING APPLICATIONS 18-042, 18-043 and 18-044 - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
The Boundary County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 5:30 PM Thursday, February 15, 2018 in the Boundary County Courthouse to accept public comment on Ordinance 9B18LOV1, Conditional Use Applications 18-042, 18-043, 18-044 by Levi Falck DBA FALCKCO LLC for parcels #RP62N01E284161A, #RP62N01E284176A and #RP62N01E284170A in a Commercial/Light Industrial zone.
Applications 18-042, 18-043 and 18-044 are a Conditional Use request to establish use as a Commercial Junk Yard on these parcels.
The deadline for written comment and material for 18-042, 18-043 and 18-044 is 12 PM Thursday February 08, 2018.
The Planning & Zoning Commission meets on the 3rd Thursday of the month. In order to schedule a Public Hearing of the Planning & Zoning Commission, requests must be made prior to the fourth (4th) Thursday (4 weeks) in advance of the hearing date. (Generally, the request must be received one month in advance of the hearing date.)
The deadline for written comment and material is 12 noon one week prior to the scheduled hearing date. Written comment may be mailed to: Boundary County Planning & Zoning, PO Box 419, Bonners Ferry, ID 83805, faxed to (208) 267-7814 or emailed to email@example.com. Written comment will be accepted at public hearing provided the material is read into the record. There may be a five (5) minute limit per person on verbal testimony.
