While publication on this site does not constitute official legal notice, they are posted here to allow the widest possible dissemination of information of importance to residents and property owners in Boundary County. NOTICE OF HEARING REGARDING APPLICATIONS 18-042, 18-043, 18-044 and 18-045 - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
The Boundary County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 5:30 PM Thursday, May 17th, 2018 in the Boundary County Courthouse to consider Ordinance 9B18LOV1, Section 7. : Conditional Use regarding Applications 18-042, 18-043, 18-044, 18-045 by Levi Falck DBA FALCKCO LLC for parcels #RP62N01E142861A, #RP62N01E142876A, #RP62N01E142870A and #RP62N01E142841A in a Commercial/Light Industrial zone.
This hearing was tabled on April 19 2018 in order to allow applicant time to respond to specific questions posed by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Although the public is welcome to attend, the public input portion of this hearing is closed.
Applications 18-042, 18-043, 18-044 and 18-045 are a request for a Conditional Use Permit to establish a Commercial Junk Yard on these parcels.

NOTICE OF HEARING REGARDING APPLICATION 18-070 - VARIANCE PERMIT
The Boundary County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 5:30 PM Thursday, May 17th, 2018 in the Boundary County Courthouse to accept public comment on a Variance Application 18-070 by Tom and Lisa Davies. This application deals with allowing a setback of less than 20 feet on parcel # RP01000001007AA and applies to Ordinance 9B18LOV1 and specifically to Section 12. Variances: setbacks.
The deadline for written comment and material is 12 PM Wednesday May 9, 2018 (one week and one day prior to the date of hearing application 18-070).
NOTICE OF HEARING REGARDING APPLICATION 18-084 - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
The Boundary County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 5:30 PM Thursday, May 17th, 2018 in the Boundary County Courthouse to accept public comment on a Conditional Use Application 18-084 by David and Karen Wood. This application deals with placing a second residence on parcel # RP63N01E234811A and applies to Ordinance 9B18LOV1 and specifically to Section 15.10.5. Conditional Uses; Section 184.108.40.206. Multi-structure residential.
The deadline for written comment and material is 12 PM Wednesday May 9, 2018 (one week and one day prior to the date of hearing application 18-084).
The Planning & Zoning Commission meets on the 3rd Thursday of the month. In order to schedule a Public Hearing of the Planning & Zoning Commission, requests must be made prior to the fourth (4th) Thursday (4 weeks) in advance of the hearing date. (Generally, the request must be received one month in advance of the hearing date.)
The deadline for written comment and material is 12 noon one week and one day prior to the scheduled hearing date. Written comment will be accepted at public hearing provided the material is read into the record. There may be a five (5) minute limit per person on verbal testimony.
