Members present: Rod Barcklay, Bruce Berhman, Dan Studer. Members absent (excused); Matt Cossalman, Jake Negley, Steve Shelman. Members absent: Matt Morgan, Paul Shelton, Marcia Cossette. Staff present: Mike Weland

1.Prior to the onset of the meeting, Weland explained the new sign-in sheet policy and requested those in attendance fill them out and return them prior to the start of the scheduled public hearings.
2.At 5:30 p.m., Barcklay opened the meeting and announced that we couldn't begin due to lack of quorum. He called for a ten-minute recess. Weland attempted to call absent members.
3.At 5:40 p.m., Barcklay announced that it didn't appear a quorum would be attained and asked those in attendance to submit their sign-in sheets for the records. Ten sign in sheets regarding the Lamphere rezone request were submitted, nine opposed, one in favor.
4.At 5:45 p.m., Barcklay tabled those public hearings on the schedule until the next regular meeting April 15, and closed the meeting due to lack of quorum. Barcklay requested staff draft a letter to members, bearing his and staff signatures, on the importance of attending meetings or informing staff of absence.
