Boundary County Planning & Zoning Commission

Members present: Jake Negley, Rod Barcklay, Doug Reoch, Steve Shelman, Matt Morgan, Matt Cossalman. Member absent: Bruce Behrman. Staff present: Mike Weland

Reoch called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. and called for reading of the December minutes. Shelman noted that he had abstained from voting to accept the July 16 minutes. Cossalman stated that he did not recall saying that application 09-081 met the comprehensive plan and requested that be struck. Barcklay made motion to approve December minutes as amended, Negley seconded and the motion carried unanimously.

Reoch called for nominations for commission chair. Negley nominated Barcklay, Morgan seconded and the nomination carried unanimously. Reoch called for nomination for commission vice-chairman; Morgan nominated Cossalman, Barcklay seconded and the motion carried unanimously.

Discussion was held regarding hearing procedures and the status of the zoning ordinance. Members bid farewell to Reoch.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 5:55 p.m.
