Boundary County Planning and Zoning Commission

October 22, 2008 Special Meeting

Members present: Jake Negley, Henry McMahon, Doug Reoch. Members absent: Tom Hollingsworth, Rod Barcklay (both excused), Barry Davis, Bruce Behrman, Matt Morgan, Jan Christensen. Staff present: Mike Weland.

There being no quorum, the meeting was adjourned at 5:45 p.m. Reoch noted that no schedule for zone ordinance review had been set for November. After conferring, special meetings were scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 5, and 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 12, both to be held in the Main Courtroom at the Boundary County Courthouse.

Reoch stated that prior to the next scheduled meeting, he would call members to ensure their availability so as to gain a quorum.
