Boundary County Planning and Zoning Commission
Minutes, April 19, 2007
Members present: Tom Hollingsworth, Jake Negley, Rod
Barcklay, John Kellogg, Henry McMahon, Bruce Behrman, Doug Reoch. Staff present:
Mike Weland. Members absent; Barry Davis, Toby Schnuerle (family emergency).
- Hollingsworth opened the meeting and called for
reading of the March minutes. Kellogg made motion to waive reading and
approve as mailed, Reoch seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
- Hollingsworth opened public hearing on zone map
amendment application 07-087 and, as there was no member of the public in
attendance, waived reading of procedure. Members determined that without the
applicant present, there were questions that remained unanswered regarding
uses proposed or considered which might result if the amendment were
granted. Based on this, Kellogg made motion to table the application to
allow the applicant to provide additional information, Reoch seconded and
the motion carried unanimously.
- Hollingsworth called for discussion of unexpected
absences, and requested members contact the administrator at the earliest
possible time when they could not attend a hearing so that in the event it
was evident a lack of quorum would occur there would be sufficient time to
notify members as well as any applicants scheduled for public hearing.
- There being no further business, Kellogg made motion
to adjourn, Barcklay seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The
meeting adjourned at 6 p.m.
