MINUTES

March 23, 2006

1. Members present: Tom Hollingsworth, Barry Davis, John Kellogg, Rod Barcklay.
2. Members absent: Doug Reoch, Toby Schnuerle, Henry McMahon, Delton Amoth, Jake Negley.
3. Staff Present: Mike Weland
4. Hollingsworth announced at 5:35 p.m. that the meeting could not be convened due to lack of quorum and that an additional 10 minutes would be given.
5. At 5:45 p.m., Hollingsworth cancelled the meeting due to lack of quorum and announced that all agenda items were tabled until the next regular meeting April 20.
