BOUNDARY COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

FEBRUARY 21, 2002

Members present: Jane Kirby, Jim Paulus, Ed Torrence.

Members absent: Chris Boyer, Donna Standley, Mary Ann Luedtke, Lon Merrifield, Marc Paulson.

Staff present: Mike Weland

Staff informed those in attendance that Marc Paulson would not be in attendance due to injury and Mary Ann Luedkte was not able to make it in due to road conditions. Staff attempted to call Standley and Boyer and received no answer. Staff attempted to call Merrifield and was informed he was out of town until Monday.

At 5:40 p.m., Paulus announced that due to lack of quorum, the meeting was cancelled and all business before the board was tabled until the March 21 meeting.
