Under certain circumstances Boundary County is required, by Idaho Code and local ordinances, to
publish legal notices in the official Boundary County newspaper of record,
the Bonners Ferry Herald. While publication on this site does not
constitute official legal notice, they are posted here to allow the widest
possible dissemination of information of importance to residents and
property owners in Boundary County. A brief summary of each is

About the Public Hearing Process The Boundary County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearing at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, July 17, 2008, in the Main Courtroom at the Boundary County Courthouse to accept public comment on application 0808-087 by Charles and Corrine Spence, seeking a zone map amendment on two parcels to allow expansion of an existing storage facility. |
