Under certain circumstances Boundary County is required, by Idaho Code and local ordinances, to
publish legal notices in the official Boundary County newspaper of record,
the Bonners Ferry Herald. While publication on this site does not
constitute official legal notice, they are posted here to allow the widest
possible dissemination of information of importance to residents and
property owners in Boundary County. A brief summary of each is

About the Public Hearing Process
The Boundary County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearing at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, March 18, 2010, in the Main Courtroom at the Boundary County Courthouse to accept public comment on application 10-005 by Mark Cowan, who is seeking a variance to allow reduced parcel size in the Agriculture/Forestry zone district as the property is bisected by the Pack River.
The Boundary County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearing at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, March 18, 2010,, in the Main Courtroom at the Boundary County Courthouse to accept public comment on application 10-006 by Dennis and Linda Lamphere, who are seeking to amend the zoning on a 5.5-acre parcel located between Highway 2 and Maas Loop. |
