About the Public Hearing Process

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Boundary County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearing at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, June 20, 2013, in the main courtroom at the Boundary County Courthouse to accept public comment on Conditional Use Permit Application 13-037 by Ken Comer to open a commercial dog grooming and boarding operation on his property located on Bridal Path Rd. Naples, RP61N01E282414A.

The deadline for written comment and material is 12 p.m. Thursday June 13, 2013. Written comment may be mailed to Boundary County Planning and Zoning, PO Box 419, Bonners Ferry, ID 83805, faxed to (208) 267-7814, or emailed to planning@boundarycountyid.org. Written comment will be accepted at public hearing provided the material is read into the record. There may be a five (5) minute limit per person on verbal testimony.

The Boundary County Commissioners will hold public hearing at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday July 9, 2013 in the Commisioners Office at the Boundary County Courthouse to accept public comment on application 13-044 Short Plat Subdivision by Garvin Lyle, 95 Elderberry Rd., splitting parcel RP62N01E357817A and RP62N01E357215A, creating 4 lots between 5 and 6.75 acres.

The deadline for written comment and material is 5 p.m. Tuesday July 2, 2013. Written comment may be mailed to Boundary County Commissioners, PO Box 419, Bonners Ferry, ID 83805, faxed to (208) 267-1205, or emailed to planning@boundarycountyid.org. Written comment will be accepted at public hearing provided the material is read into the record.
