The Boundary County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearing at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, October 21, 2010, in the Main Courtroom at the Boundary County Courthouse to accept public comment on application 10-053 by Nancy L. Laux, who is seeking a variance to allow reduced parcel size in the Agriculture/Forestry zone district on property located at 5062 McArthur Lake Rd.
Specifically, the applicant is seeking to divide the 20-acre parcel RP60N01W037502A, described as Tax 22, Section 3, Township 60N, Range 01E, located at 5062 McArthur Lake Road, into one ten acre parcel and two five acre parcels, with the five acre parcels to front McArthur Lake Road, so that she may give those parcels to her children or, if need be, sell them to help fund her treatment for stage 4 cancer.
