NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Boundary County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearing at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, May 20, 2010, in the Main Courtroom at the Boundary County Courthouse to accept public comment on application 10-020 by Mark Hall,who is seeking a variance to allow reduced parcel size in the Agriculture/Forestry zone district on property located on Snow Creek Road.
Specifically, the applicant is seeking to divide parcel RP61N01W014801, which is 20-acres in size and located at 338 Lions Den Road at its intersection with Snow Creek Road, into two parcels approximately 15 acres and five acres in size due to steep topography on the west side of the property. The minimum parcel size in the zone is 10-acres.
The deadline for written comment and material is 5 p.m. Thursday, May 13, 2010. Written comment will be accepted at public hearing provided the material is read into the record. There may be a five (5) minute limit per person on verbal testimony.
