NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Boundary County Commissioners will hold public hearing at 9:30 a.m. Monday, January 4, 2010, in Commission Chambers at the Boundary County Courthouse to accept public comment on application 09-083 by Mountain View Idaho LLC, seeking to vacate an amended plat in the Meadows at Fall Creek Subdivision.

Specifically, the applicant is seeking to revert the boundaries between Lots 2 and 4 in Block 1 of the subdivision to their original configuration. If approved, the amended plat, Instrument Number 232828, recorded on page 7, Book 3 of Plats, would be vacated, leaving the plat as originally recorded by Instrument Number 228576 on September 3, 2006.

The deadline for written comment and material is 5 p.m. Thursday, December 31, 2009. Written comment may be mailed to Boundary County Planning and Zoning, PO Box 419, Bonners Ferry, ID 83805, faxed to (208) 267-1205, or emailed to planning@boundarycountyid.org. Written material not received by the established deadline will not be included in the public record for consideration. Depending on the number of people who may wish to testify at public hearing, there may be a five minute limit per person on verbal testimony.
