I know that the Lawnmower events are potentially a hazardous activity.  I should not enter unless I am medically able and properly trained.  I assume any and all risks associated with these events, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather including high heat and/or humidity; all risks associated with these events are known to me.

Knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, convenient not to sue, and waive, release and discharge Boundary County, the City of Bonners Ferry, and all volunteers of these events, including their agents, employees, assigns or anyone acting for or on their behalf, from any and all claims of liability for death, personal injury or property damage of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of, or in the course of my participation in there events.  This release and waiver extends to all claims of every kind or nature whatsoever, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown.

I have read or have had read to myself and I understand the above waiver.

Pit and driver applications for minors (12 to 18 years old) will be accepted only with a parent’s or legal guardian’s signature.  Guardians must be present at the starting point, during the event and during the time the mower is at the fairgrounds.
