2009 Boundary County Fair
August 19th through August 22nd
Food Booth Application
The Boundary County Fair Board is accepting food booth applications for the 2009 Fair. Limited space is available and requests for booths will be on a "first paid, first reserved basis, after consideration has first been given to renewal of the 2008 participants."
REGISTRATION
Please complete the application and return it to the Fair Office along with payment payable to Boundary County Fair Board before June 30, 2009. Any cancellation after July 31, 2009 or no show at the fair, will forfeit the fee. Available booths go fast so plan accordingly.
LIABILITY INSURANCE
All food booth organizers must guarantee and provide a Certificate of Insurance wherein Boundary County and its agents are additional named insured on a broad form comprehensive general liability endorsement or commercial general liability in the amount of $1,000,000. This certificate must be delivered to the Boundary County Fair Board Office by July 31, 2009, or space and fee will be forfeited
SETUP AND TAKEDOWN TIMES
All booths must be set up by the end of the scheduled time, or space and fee will be forfeited. Trailers will be permitted on-grounds during set-up but must be removed to designated parking area during fair time.
Set-up for the Pavilion (slab) is Tuesday, August 18th from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. or Wednesday, August 19th until 11:00 a.m. The Pavilion (slab) area is secured with locked chain link fence at night.
Set-up for Outside Ground Space is Tuesday, August 18th from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Wednesday, August 19th until 11:00 a.m. Outside ground space will be assigned by Fair
Administration, however, preferred spots will be assigned with early registration.
Take-down is Sunday, August 23rd from 9:00 am to 1:00 p.m. All food Booths must remain set up until 9:00 p.m. Saturday, August 22th. Take-down may be allowed Saturday after 9:00 p.m., if a written request is submitted. Unauthorized take-down may result in forfeiture of a 2010 booth space.
All Fair Rules & Regulations in the 2009 Fair Book must be followed.
FOOD BOOTH APPLICATION
Booths are reserved in the order they are paid. Your fee must reach the Fair Office by June 30, 2009. Any cancellation after July 31, 2009 will forfeit the fee. The $1,000,000 certificate of insurance must be delivered to the Fair Office by July 31, 2009, or space and fee are forfeited.

All Fair Rules & Regulations in the 2009 Fair Book must be followed. The Fair Board has the right to
reject any product, item, or material to be sold or given away during the fair if it is deemed to be detrimental to the Fair. Compliance with this is mandatory. Failure to remove rejected items will result in your
being asked to leave the premises and forfeit all fees.
