9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney - Update on various matters. Adopt resolution appointing Planning & Zoning Commission member. Motion to approve minutes from Feb. 13, 2015 meeting to discuss Idaho Panhandle National Forest Plan. Motion to reappoint advisory board members. Discuss request for proclamation for Idaho Day.

10:00 a.m.: Solid Waste Department report.

10:30 a.m.: Probation Department report.

11:00 a.m.: Restorium report.   

11:28 a.m.: Motion to approve year 2015 County Alcoholic Beverage License Application for Soul Shine.

11:30 a.m.: Grant Property Tax Exemption Application for Boundary County Habitat for Humanity. Motion to sign Hangar Lease Agreement for Rick Peterson. Discuss Web Design Center options, possible motion. Discuss matters concerning furnace in building used by Boundary Volunteer Ambulance, possible motion. 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney, Clerk Poston, Sheriff Sprungl - Discuss various items. Discuss inmate medical billing.

10:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney, David Byler - Discuss airport land acquisition matters.

11:00 a.m.: Tentative: Motion to approve and sign Independent Contractor Agreement with Panhandle Pest Control.

1:30 p.m.: County Civil Attorney, Airport Manager Dave Parker, and Airport Board members Jay Wages & Pat Gardiner - Update on airport land acquisition matters. Possible executive session, Idaho Code 67-2345(1)c, to acquire an interest in real property, which is not owned by a public agency, and (f) to communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated but imminently likely to be litigated regarding land acquisition matters.   

3:00 p.m.: IAC District 1 legislative conference call.

10:00 a.m.: Meeting with Regional District of Central Kootenay officials and Idaho District 1 Congressional Representatives at Creston, British Columbia, Canada Recreational Center to discuss cross border policies. 

3:00 p.m.: IAC District 1 legislative conference call.
