Boundary County's Fifth Annual Canine Caper! 10 a.m. Saturday, September 20, 2008 Boundary County Fairgrounds

Has your human become a sofa spud and put on a few pounds over the winter? Here is a fun event that you can train for together! It will be an opportunity for you to meet other dogs and for your human to associate with other dog people. It is intended for dog and human participation as a team. Humans may walk or run individually, but only dogs will be eligible for prizes. Entry forms can be picked up at Second Chance Animal Adoption, 6647 Lincoln Street, Bonners Ferry, ID 83805, and return it to the above address. Prizes will be awarded for first canine finisher, prettiest female, most handsome male, largest, best dressed, most talented, most physically fit and for the dog most resembling its human.

ENTRY FEE: $10 per team, $20 with a T-shirt

$25 maximum for a family (includes one T-shirt).
